Amanda Findlay

Amanda serves as the Executive Director at MatchBOX Studios. Her passions include equitable communities, entrepreneurial support, and contributing to a vibrant community in Lafayette and throughout Indiana.

Juliana Casavan

Juliana is the Director of Operations at MatchBOX Studios, where she coaches local startups and entrepreneurs through strategic planning and product development. She is a program designer and facilitator and teaches others how to build and implement strategies for success.

Sam Filer

Sam is the Studio Manager. She has a BA in film/video studies and history. She most recently worked for the library. She is currently working on a novel about a supernatural bar in a small town.

James Wulfgar

James is the MatchBOX Makerspace Manager. He enjoys making things and helping other make things in the Makerspace here at MatchBOX, and has been a maker for the better part of two decades. James has a passion for creating, and in free-time does a lot of maker-related things such as costuming/cosplay and building sets and props for film.

Erin Alkire Britton

Erin is the MBX Programs & Acceleration Manager. With a passion for business development, Erin brings experience in program management and rapid growth strategy to the team. Previously, Erin managed academic programs within the the Daniels School of Business, focusing on excellence in business education.

Kate Rocheford

As MatchBOX Studio's digital marketing partner, Kate brings over a decade of experience in helping small brands make a big impact. Her experience includes growing national distribution sales, launching new product lines, steering new website development, and running social media accounts.
