Amanda Findlay

Amanda serves as the Executive Director at MatchBOX Studios. Her passions include equitable communities, entrepreneurial support, and contributing to a vibrant community in Lafayette and throughout Indiana.

Juliana Casavan

Juliana is the Director of Operations at MatchBOX Studios, where she coaches local startups and entrepreneurs through strategic planning and product development. She is a program designer and facilitator and teaches others how to build and implement strategies for success.

Sam Braden

Sam is the Studio Manager. She has a BA in film/video studies and history. She most recently worked for the library. She is currently working on a novel about a supernatural bar in a small town.

James Wulfgar

James is the MatchBOX Makerspace Manager. He enjoys making things and helping other make things in the Makerspace here at MatchBOX, and has been a maker for the better part of two decades. James has a passion for creating, and in free-time does a lot of maker-related things such as costuming/cosplay and building sets and props for film.

Tristan Donohoe

Tristan is the Program Coordinator at MatchBOX, running much of the behind-the-scenes logistical support for all MatchBOX programming. She’s passionate about encouraging others’ new ideas, entrepreneurial and otherwise. She grew up in the south suburbs of Chicago, is fluent in Spanish, and loves handpoke tattoos.

Sara Mummey

Sara is the marketing partner for MatchBOX, leading digital marketing strategy and audience growth initiatives. With 15+ years in organizational leadership, she knows the importance of crafting strategies that strengthen brand voice and build meaningful community. Offline, she’s usually planning her next trip, chasing great meals, or behind the camera capturing it all.
