MatchBOX Member Manual
Welcome to MatchBOX Coworking Studio! Now that you’re a member, you may have questions about our space and community. That’s why we’ve put together this member manual which covers a wide range of topics, from an overview of our facilities and amenities to community norms and guidelines.
We’d recommend saving this URL somewhere convenient so you can easily come back and access nifty links like Booking a Meeting Room and answers to FAQs you may not need just yet.
Have a question that you’re not seeing listed below? We’re always available for additional support, just find an MBX staff member in the studio or shoot us an email at hello@mbx.studio

Coffee is a beloved perk of MBX Membership. We brew hot Copper Moon Coffee and also have cold brew on tap with rotating availability.
The best way to ensure there is a fresh hot cup ready for you whenever you need it? Watch this tutorial on how to make coffee in the studio. If you use the last of the coffee switch the carafes and start a new batch so there is always a fresh pot on deck.
-
Click here to access the booking calendar on Nexudus. Click the Bookings tab on the left to search and reserve meeting rooms.
You can also scan the QR codes on the doors of the meeting rooms to automatically open that room in Nexudus to view availability and schedule a room.
MatchBOX members have access to 20 hours of free meeting room use every month, that reset at the start of the next month and do not accrue.

In every room you should see a USB cable plugged into the back of the TV. Grab the other end and plug it into your computer. (Please plan to bring your own USB-C if you need an adapter) Turn the TV on and - ideally - your screen should appear automatically. If not, the TV is likely on the incorrect HDMI channel.
Use the input button on the back to adjust the HDMI channel on the display to match the channel the HDMI cable is plugged into.
For Apple Airplay, make sure you are on the MatchBOX_Media wifi network, and that your Bluetooth is on. At the Control4 panel select Watch and select the Apple TV that corresponds with the room you are occupying. On your computer, go to the display icon in the upper right and select the Apple TV channel that you selected from the Control4 Panel. For Apple TV, your computer will ask for a passcode which should appear on the tv, or projector, screen.
The MatchBOX team can also help with AV setup in the rooms—feel free to ask for help!
-
In addition to booking rooms in Nexudus, MatchBOX uses that platform to manage member profiles and invoicing, Remember to fill out your profile in Nexudus! It helps other members (and your Studio Coordinator) understand what your interests are to connect with you.
